Please note that the use of Resonare Laboratory (also referred to as ‘Resonare’ or ‘we’, ‘our/ours’, ‘us’) websites is subject to these Terms of Use, hereinafter referred to as ‘Terms’.

These Terms apply exclusively to website visitors’ (also referred to as ‘you’, ‘your/yours’) access to and use of the Resonare website (resonare.io).

Client Account – A dedicated account created by a prospective Client’s representative via Resonare’s website for the purpose of service provision and invoicing.

Service(s) – Related services provided by Resonare.

Website Visitor – Any individual using the website.

Website Content – Protected intellectual property, including but not limited to text, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics, data, software, trademarks, trade names, trade styles, logos, and other proprietary material available on the website.

2. Scope of these Terms
   When interacting with the website, you, as a Website Visitor, must adhere to these Terms. When creating a Client Account on the Resonare website, you, as a Client, agree to the Terms and Conditions, which establish the contractual obligations for service provision.
3. Rules of Communication and Interaction with the Website. When submitting requests or interacting with Resonare, you must comply with the following rules. Failure to do so may result in being blacklisted or barred from future communication:

• Refrain from using obscene language and do not send abusive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, ageist, sexist, or racist messages.
• Do not promote or incite violence.
• Avoid sending spam, and do not upload malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or other harmful

   You may only use the website if you are at least 14 years old. To register for a Client Account, use our Services, submit a request, you must have reached the age of majority under the laws of your country of citizenship or residence. If you do not meet these requirements, you are prohibited from using the website or interacting with us.

   When creating a Client Account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account access. You bear full responsibility for any activities associated with your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately notify Resonare.
